This TV from LG is called StanbyME, and it has a 27-inch battery-powered screen that can be moved around. There is a new OLED TV model called EVO OLED that can be hidden while not in use.
There are new EVO OLED TV models that are made by LG called Objet Collection. They are made to blend in with home furnishings and living areas with different cloth covers that can be changed out.
Tv sets equipped with LG’s OLED panels are among the best on the market. As a matter of fact, most of the other TVs that use OLED panels come from LG, not another company. Since LG is at the top, it can try out a lot of expensive ideas, like flexible and bendable TV screens. They might not be for everyone, but these experimental models have some extra design advantages, like the ability to be hidden more easily.
In a new move, the Electronics Manufacturer wants its TV business to become mobile. LG revealed (during a press release) its new StanbyME TV, a 27-inch battery-powered mounted display that puts the TV on wheels.

In both portrait and landscape mode, the screen can be swivelled, tilted, and rotated so that users can find the best angle for their work. It is also possible to adjust the height of the stand. The television can be controlled by touch and gestures in addition to the usual remote. Apple and Android users will be able to mirror their phones and tablets when they need a bigger screen. This will make it easier to enjoy video calls or online classes.
There are HDMI ports on the TV that can be used to connect traditional devices, but the StanbyME can only run for three hours before it needs to be charged again. Prices and release dates have not yet been announced.
This is an interesting idea in and of itself. Using a 27-inch TV instead of a tablet or smartphone delivers a better viewing experience. Not only that but the TV can be moved around and used in different rooms.
I feel the company should have put in a bigger battery, even though 3 hours of battery life is enough to watch a movie. It would have made more sense if LG added a bigger battery without affecting the TV’s portability or the TV’s ability to be moved.
On the other hand, if you’re looking for more than a few hours of uninterrupted use, a tablet may be the best option. Watching content on a standard big-screen television is also an option. For people who need to be able to move around a lot and have a bigger screen, the StanbyME TV might be a good choice. Ultimately, the value of LG’s new portable TV will likely be determined by its price, as is common practice.
