About the FIFA World Cup 2026™ and FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027™
The FIFA World Cup 2026™ will be historic, featuring 48 teams and hosted by three countries for the first time. The tournament will see the United States hosting once again since the 1994 edition, while Mexico will host for the third time. Canada, with its history of hosting premier FIFA women’s and youth tournaments, will host the senior men’s tournament for the first time in 2026.
