These are exciting times for the Nigerian start-up community. The technology sector is reaching an unprecedented level of growth with Nigerian techies and developers building mobile apps, deploying software solutions and developing websites that are providing amazing services and solutions to mention a few achievements – some names like BudgiT, Efiko, Traclist and Jandus Radio come to mind.
In light of this, LadiesInTech will be launching a series called #StartingAStartup, aimed at simplifying the processes involved in starting and sustaining a technology business in Nigeria. The first part, The Introduction, will feature ladies who have started technology businesses speaking on opportunities and challenges they have encountered.
In this regard, Bukola Akinfaderin, CEO and founder of Jandus Radio and member of Ladies-in-Tech team , will be sharing how she created Jandus Radio (the app and the company) and the journey thus far. This will be followed by a panel of three ladies talking about their journey into the start-up space and a Q&A session.
