Kwesé TV Wins Court Case Against BAZ

Breaking news for today is that Kwesé TV has won the court battle against termination of its content distribution partnership with Dr Dish by Broadcasting Authority of Zimbabwe (BAZ).

This was confirmed by Econet’s legal representative Tawanda Nyambirai via a post on his Facebook Page

This means that Kwesé TV can re-commence transmission and Dr Dish can restart sale of decoders as soon as possible.

This comes as one major victory to many Zimbabweans who were now fed up with DStv’s ignorance to their concerns, furthermore, the ‘value’ that they deserve as customers.
