The Infinix Zero x506 was launched today at the Protea Hotels, Ikeja, Lagos. The event anchored by popular comedian Owen Gee was an interesting one as the unveiling of this new android beast took place. Some of the personalities present at this event included the CEO of Konga.com; Sim Shagaya, Head of Device and Terminals; Layi Onafowokan, Co-founder Infinix Mobility; Benjamin Xiang, Country Sales Manager of Redington ; Rajesh and Head of Online Marketing ; Bayo Sobanjo amongst others.
The Infinix Zero comes in two variants; the 8gb ROM/1 gb RAM and the 16gb ROM/2gb RAM models. This device also come in three colors; Black, White and Gold. Some of other interesting features of this device includes:

Benjamin Xiang explained how a survey was done in Lagos as to what price range this high-end device could fall in and results gotten was from between N35,000 and N45,000. A particular young lady almost dropped the phone in shock when she was told the actual price. He emphasized that the goal of Infinix mobility was to bring to the Nigerian phone market affordable high end devices. Sim Shagaya, the CEO of Konga.com, one of the top online marketplace in the country said that this device can be pre-ordered from the Konga online store from today while the accessories will be made available much later. “This device also comes with attractive internet bundle packages of 500mb per month for the next 12 months from date of purchase, thanks to Etisalat”. said the Head of Device and Terminals; Layi Onafowokan.
The final good news is that this device comes with an attractive price tag of N20,900 and N23,900 for the 8gb and 16gb models respectively.
