Facebook Verification was introduced on the 29th of May 2013 and Konga.com becomes the first African E-commerce Company to become Facebook verified. This is coming just two months after the company got Twitter verified.
The Official Page of President Goodluck Jonathan is the only other page that is currently verified by Facebook in Nigeria and Konga.com has just joined the elite list.

ShopKonga, the official Facebook page of Konga.com currently has over 400,000 likes and according to Social Bakers has the highest number of Nigerian fans in e-commerce across Africa.
