Kenyans have taken to Twitter to mock their President over his perceived enthusiasm for launching projects with great fanfare.
His critics say that some of the projects “launched” by President Uhuru Kenyatta had already been commissioned. Some others think that these projects do not merit the presidential publicity.
Last week, the President was in the city of Mombasa where he launched a footbridge, proudly described as a “non-motorized transport project”.
