It was a dark Christmas for about 2 million Kenyan families as High Court Judge David Majanja ruled that digital migration will proceed in Nairobi and dismissed media petition to delay the switch. This meant that Kenyans were on Monday switched off from their TV programmes following a court directive allowing Communication Commission of Kenya (CCK) to switch off non – digital compliant TV sets.
