Best Price Guarantee gives Nigerian guests peace of mind, allowing them to plan ahead, book early and get the hotel that they want with no worries that a better deal will come along after they’ve committed.
Jovago says that travelers can take advantage of Jovago’s Best Price Guarantee immediately from the time of booking to up to 72 hours prior to check in.
When guests who booked with Jovago find a lower price advertised by other online booking services or hotels after they have booked, they simply need to contact Customer Care 24/7 who will process their request. The difference in pricing will be provided in the form of cash back if the booking was made in advance, or Jovago will match the price if the payment is due on arrival.
