The sale drew crowds and long lines as Apple fans patiently waited to get their hands on the very best iPhone money can buy.
But in Australia, one of the first countries in the world to start selling the device.

Apart from Australia, the iPhone X goes on sale in Andorra, India, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Japan, Jersey, Kuwait, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, UAE, the UK, the US, and US Virgin Islands for the very first time on Friday.
According to Tim Cook, Apple CEO, pre-orders for the iPhone X have been “very strong.” Well, it seems, Africa and Africans have to wait awhile before they get their hands on iPhone X.
