“Reels Visual Replies” is Instagram’s recent addition to its app and which allows users to reply to comments with Reels. The Reels button will now appear when users want to react to a comment, allowing them to produce a video response. As a sticker, the video response will show up.

People who use Instagram now can even more easily share Reels with their friends and followers. Note that Instagram’s “Reels Visual Replies” is comparable to the video replies on TikTok, which let people respond to comments on their content with video responses. Instagram decided to follow this strategy also because the feature is popularly used by the TikTok community.
New features have been pouring out on Instagram, and now Reels Visual Replies have been added. Recently it launched “Playback” IG Stories time capsules. Users can choose up to 10 stories from the Stories Archive to share with their followers. User eligibility for this feature depends on whether or not the Stories Archive feature is enabled. Playback posts are suggested by Instagram, but you may choose what to share. When “Playback” IG Stories was added, it was available to users for “several weeks.”
Also, with the new “Rage Shake” feature, you can shake your phone to report app issues. You’ll be able to describe what went wrong with the app and file a support request after shaking to report it. A single item from a carousel post containing at least three photos or videos can now be deleted, as well. In order to provide some context, carousel feed postings can contain up to ten photos and videos in a single post. The removal of items from an already posted carousel has been made possible with this upgrade.
Also being tested by Instagram is something called “Take a Break,” which lets you set a reminder for to take a break from the app maybe after 10, 20, or 30 minutes of inactivity. “Add Yours” stickers have been added to Stories that allow users to start a new thread for others to follow, as well. The new feature allows you to respond to another person’s Stories with your own.
