Yesterday at the IFA 2013 in Berlin, Samsung unveiled the Galaxy Note 3 smartphone.
This new device comes with a 5.7-inch touchscreen display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, 3GB of RAM, and support for LTE-Advanced.
Furthermore, it also has a 13-megapixel photo snapper on the back, capable of offering 4K video recording capabilities, as well as with a front camera for making video calls.
Running under Android 4.3 Jelly Bean, the Galaxy Note 3 delivers a series of software customizations that set it apart from other high-end smartphones out there.
Among these, we can count Samsung Knox, Air Command, a new S Note feature, My Magazine, Pen Window, and more. The Note 3 boasts of new Multi Window capabilities – This option allows you to have two apps side by side. This functionality also allows users to drag content from one app to another.
“For the first time we have given Galaxy Note 3 a warm texture-touch cover,” claimed Samsung. “It is slimmer, lighter, and more powerful. All in a beautiful design, JK Shin, President & CEO Head of IT and Mobile Communication Division at Samsung Electronics said.
The phone will be available in jet black, classic white, and blush pink color options.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is set to arrive on shelves on September 25 in 140 countries. Meanwhile in Nigeria, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and Galaxy Gear will be in the stores in October this year.
