HYBR, in partnership with THNK School of Creative Leadership and Scale Up Nation Netherlands, have come up with a new initiative to help ventures scale up. It is called the Young Enterprise Scale-Up (YES) Program.

The YES Program is a five-year venture support and growth acceleration program to enable participating ventures scale up. Participating ventures get access to world-class experience in the areas of leadership and organisational development leading to revenue growth, enterprise support and guidance to growth financing.

The program starts with a 2-day intensive bootcamp where thirty (30) ventures will design their companies for scale using practical tools and concepts.

According to Charles Ojei, the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of HYBR Group, “We need more Scale-Ups.”

“According to a study by THNK School of Creative Leadership and Deloitte, only about 0.5% of startups scale: those that do are very different from the start. Meanwhile, Scale-ups contribute meaningful social and economic value in the markets they operate in. They create jobs and improve household incomes.”

“Since June 2016, we have been piloting our services to a handful of ventures to validate what works and what does not work in our local environment.”

Calling on all ambitious SMEs and ventures to apply for the bootcamp and receive a free e-book on “scaling your business.”

The YES Bootcamp is curated with a world-class curriculum and learning experience to uplift the perspective of the participants about the possibilities of scaling their businesses. It is focused on blended learning provided by experienced leaders.  It consists of concepts, practical workshops, assessments, guest symposiums, etc.

Application closes 12 midnight June 30th 2017. Successful Candidates will be informed by July 5, 2017. The YES Bootcamp is entirely FREE.
