Baby diaper makers, Huggies is using Twitter to help mothers as it has rolled out a device that will send a tweet whenever a baby pees in its nappy.
The device is fixed to the outside of the child’s nappy and is meant to be used in conjunction with a smartphone app. When the sensor detects a change in humidity, it tweets you.
To be fair, the app apparently also keeps track of how many nappies you’ve used and alerts you when you’re running low. The device however does not take the other messier business into account.
A few of the messages sent from the TweetPee include phrases like “Time to Change,” “Oops, Did a few drops,” and “Everything OK here.”
The device is created by agency Ogilvy, Brazil
