Here Are Perfect Alternatives To The $1000 iPhone X

iPhone X is an amazing gadget almost everyone will love to have in their hands. It is sleek, stylish and it cost $1,000 (N359498.86). Truth be told, there are other phones that can function and perform as well as the iPhone X which you probably do not know about. Importantly, it does not cost $1,000. Here are some of the phones.

    Samsung Galaxy S8

Galaxy S8/S8+ cost between $600 and $700. You can save a lot of money without sacrificing much on specs. The S8 has both iris and facial recognition tech for unlocking your phone with a mere glance. The S8 also has a glass back just like the iPhone X, you can get wireless charging, on top of handy things like a headphone jack and a USB-C port.

    Xiaomi Mi Mix 2

Chinese phone maker Xiaomi beat larger manufacturers to the full-screen game with the 2016 Mi Mix, and this year’s sequel, the Mi Mix 2, packs upgraded specs at a lower price of $503. The only shortcoming here is that it lacks any sort of rated water resistance; it has a standard, single-lens camera instead of a dual-camera set-up; and it doesn’t have a headphone jack or wireless charging. Beyond these flaws, it is a perfect phone.

    OnePlus 5

This phone looks like the iPhone. So,  if you’re someone considering moving away from Apple, the OnePlus 5 is highly recommended. Like the iPhone X, the OnePlus 5 has a gorgeous OLED screen and dual rear cameras. The major features you won’t get are wireless charging and IP-68 water resistance. It has a starting price of just $479.

    iPhone 7

iPhone 7, starts at $549 which is nearly half the price of an iPhone X. You won’t get the iPhone X’s  bezel-less screen, but you will get a home button with TouchID instead of Apple’s facial recognition tech. And if you move up to the $669 iPhone 7 Plus, you even get 12-MP dual rear cameras that are similar to iPhone 8, and not far from the setup on the iPhone X.

    Moto G5 Plus

The Moto G5 Plus is the best budget phone of the year. Starting at $230, the 5.2-inch G5 Plus costs one-fifth of an iPhone X and it features a front-mounted fingerprint reader, and headphone jack.
