Hellofood.com Africa, a mobile platform where people can order food from restaurants in their cities, this afternoon announced it is celebrating this year’s edition of World Hunger Day.
In an invitation sent to stakeholders, it said it is looking at a practical approach of going out to areas in Lagos where people can’t even afford a day meal and offer them a delicacy from one of its major vendors on the World Hunger Day.
“We intend talking to them to see what we can do to help the society at large,” it said.
The company also plans to host all Nigerian Bloggers to a dinner where the company would be sharing the activity carried out on the World Hunger Day.
“We will discuss our observations with Bloggers & share with the public how we intend helping out in our own little way while we recommend how every one in the society can aid the vision,” HelloFood said.
