    Helios Towers Nigeria announces corporate rebranding to HTN Towers

    Helios Towers Nigeria today announced a new corporate rebranding to HTN Towers – the name the Company said it is widely known as by its customers.

    Inder Bajaj, Chief Executive Officer of HTN Towers, said: “I am delighted to announce our rebranding to HTN Towers, which heralds a new phase in the company’s growth and reflects our pan-African expansion ambitions. We remain committed to providing best-in-class service to our customers in Nigeria and elsewhere as we continue to expand.”

    Under the new name, the company said it is committed to remaining one of Nigeria’s leading independent tower companies providing comprehensive, market leading infrastructure solutions to its customers and the new name retains all of the values that have made the Company a trusted and reliable partner.

    “These values include: best-in-class service, customer focus, experience, stability, integrity and accountability, but the name change also adds a clear vision of long term partnership and reflects the Company’s ambitions in the wider African telecommunications infrastructure sector,” it said in a statement.

    “HTN Towers is on a strong growth trajectory, implementing cost optimisation initiatives as it addresses a significant co-location order pipeline and numerous new tower build opportunities. The Company continues to seek both organic growth and acquisition opportunities to enhance its scale and service offering, and is exploring strategic options including a potential initial public offering.”

    HTN is a leading tower operator in Nigeria and the first truly independent tower operator in Africa. The company is currently operating in 33 of 36 states in Nigeria, HTN is the third largest tower company in the country with over 1,200 towers and 2,300 tenants.
