Guaranty Trust Bank has opened up a scholarship scheme for its customers who operate a GTCrea8 eSavers account. The scholarship scheme which was just launched today, 4th March, runs till 27 March and is available to only students in tertiary institutions in Nigeria.

The conditions for being eligible to win are pretty straightforward. Interested participants are to open a GTCrea8 account if they have none and maintain a minimum of about N5000 monthly.

Or alternatively, download the Android, iOS or Windows GTBank mobile application and perform a minimum of 3 transactions a month either via Internet Banking, Mobile Banking or a POS.

The scholarship scheme aims to award 6 winners with N150 000 monthly.

The GTCrea8 eSavers account is a savings account targeted at youth especially those in tertiary institutions. Holders of the account get access to fun activities organized by GT Bank on university campuses, like the Campus Storm events which usually feature the hottest Nigerian music acts.
