Google Play Store now has more apps than Apple’s iOS App Store.
Last year, the number of apps in the Google Play Store grew by more than 50% last year, outpacing Apple’s App Store for the first time, according to a new report by appFigures, an analytics service that monitors data from the thousands of apps that use its platform.

Google Play is estimated to have 300,000 more apps than the Apple App Store. However, on the flip side, iOS developers make more than Android developers by up to 60% as stated in a report by another analytics company, AppAnnie in Market Index report for the third quarter of 2014.
