If you use Google Drive on a regular basis, there’s a decent chance the file search function that comes with it hasn’t been very helpful at times. The act of just typing in what you believe will bring you to the document you’re looking for can instead result in overly wide results that don’t take you there at all.
Google wants to address this issue by introducing a new set of filters below the search bar, which will allow users to quickly and easily refine any query. The filters are based on those found in Gmail.
As you can see from the GIF above, you may narrow down your search results by file type, modification date, location, and other factors.

The ability of smartphones to automatically back up files is improving. However, there is a chance that a person’s phone may get lost or damaged.
