Good News! Google Is Removing Those Annoying 30 Secs Advert But…

Imagine you want to play a YouTube video but before it starts you are forced to watch an advert. It can be very frustrating. This is about to end as Google, the owners of YouTube have decided to remove or get rid of the 30 seconds annoying ads before a YouTube videos play. This is good news but the bad news is that it will only happen next year-2018.

A Google spokesperson said: “We have decided to stop supporting 30-second unskippable ads as of 2018 and focus instead on formats that work well for both users and advertisers.”

If this eventually happens, it will be a welcome development for  YouTube users because very few of them are happy with these unskippable 30 seconds ads. This said we wait to see how it will impact the juicy returns accrued from these ads.
