These are exciting times as Glo finally rolls out its full 4G LTE services on the 4th of October, 2016.
Competition is always good for us consumers and this could be a wake-up call to existing operators to buck up, or risk losing its customers.
According to Glo’s official Twitter account, the 4G plans will range from N50 to N18,000. So if you’re a Glo user and you are clueless about the 4G LTE availability in your location, dial *777# to find out if it is available in your area.
So in total, you’ll have Glo, Mtn and Ntel, as the 3 key 4G LTE telcos in the country. Is that enough? Well, it appears Etisalat might be the next to jump into the ring.
