Game publishing giant Ubisoft has rolled out its subscription service called Ubisoft Plus on Amazon’s game streaming platform called Luna. Ubisoft launched the service a couple of weeks ago.
With a monthly subscription of $15, game lovers will be allowed access to an extensive assortment of Ubisoft’s games and can even access them on multiple platforms. For instance, if a gamer was playing the new Assassin’s Creed Valhalla on his PC, he can continue where he left off on his TV through Luna at no additional cost.
One appealing feature of Luna is that it allows you to play high-end games without paying for an expensive new console or PC. The games are streamed to your TV with a simple, compatible streamer such as the Amazon Fire TV Stick. Luna is still in early access, so you’ll have to request to sign up for the service if you want to access Ubisoft’s new functionality.
Taking a close look at Ubisoft on the other hand, its cross-platform is quite convenient for use. The subscription lets you play games on any number of devices and switch freely between them without losing progress. Ubisoft having the new Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5 to contend with is also offering the upgraded, next-generation versions of various games at no extra cost as part of the service. This means gamers will not have to worry about upgraded versions as Amazon’s servers should handle the processing necessary to play new games at their best.
