Thought the Lexus brand was only associated with Cars; Think again.
Lexus has come out with what seems like the next generation skateboard – a hoverboard called SLIDE. According to Lexus on the promotional site, “Through the combination of design, technology and imagination… SLIDE is a perfect example of the amazing things that can be achieved.”
The Lexus Hoverboard uses magnetic levitation to achieve amazing frictionless movement. It combines the use of liquid nitrogen cooled superconductors and permanent magnets combine to achieve the impossible.
The site does not yet say anything about its availability but from the teaser below, it looks like a gadget anyone would love to have. And I hope it is not just another Lexus Project,
