First Bank of Nigeria Limited has opened a new Digital Experience Centre (DXC) in Abuja, reinforcing its commitment to innovation and customer-focused digital banking.

The newly launched centre aims to redefine how customers interact with banking services by integrating cutting-edge digital technologies that make transactions faster, safer, and more personalized. From self-service platforms to smart banking terminals, the DXC offers a seamless blend of convenience and technology designed to meet the evolving needs of today’s digital customers.

According to the bank, the Abuja DXC is part of a broader initiative to expand digital banking infrastructure nationwide, ensuring that more Nigerians can access efficient and secure financial services. Each DXC is equipped to handle everyday banking needs — from account management and transfers to loan applications and card services — all within a tech-enabled, user-friendly environment.

Speaking on the launch, First Bank emphasized that the centre underscores its long-standing promise to put customers first while driving financial inclusion and digital literacy across the country.

With this expansion, First Bank continues to bridge the gap between traditional and digital banking, positioning itself as a leader in Nigeria’s digital transformation journey within the financial services sector.
