Results of a survey conducted among male subjects in Cameroon showed Ferrari F70 is the ideal car brand among respondents for this year’s Valentine’s Day. About 28% of respondents praised the Italian brand.
During the survey aimed at determining the ideal car brand for Valentine’s Day 2015, it was revealed that Ferrari, a brand with an icon of black stallion has assumed the greatest suffrage.
Initiated by Carmudi, a rental site and car sales platform in Cameroon, the result including males from 20 to 40 was unique. From all socio-professional actors, drivers and person without driving license or car, married persons and single ones have all been involved.
Among the proposals vehicle brands to be filled, were the Toyota Corolla; BMW 3 Series; Honda CR-V and Ferrari LaFerrari. The question posed to them explicitly stated: “what car would be willing to ditch your girlfriend for? “. And far from sending men fire their wives or push them to barter their women against sedans, the diverted question of Carmudi.cm tried to expose every man sentimental value with respect to the mark as to a woman.
The Ferrari F70 with 28%, figures prominently. According the results of the survey, this vehicle brand is the most appreciated by males aged between 20 and 32 years old. They quote as reason that Ferrari F70 is the only brand that could provide to males 20 times more women. Driving a Ferrari is a perfection for Cameroonian, a megalomania lifestyle and speed lovers engine. The BMW 3 Series coming in 2nd place with 25% of members, would be a beloved brand for the robustness and the power of its models. Driving a BMW car which is one of the best German brands in Cameroon confers a sense of power to those (between 26 and 37 years old) who drive it.
18% of election is attributed to the “free choice” of the men showed that brands as Lamborghini; Aston Martin; Bugatti; Rolls Royce; Audi Q7 and Mercedes would push many a man to fire his girlfriend/wife. These brands – like a Ferrari – confer megalomania, power, exclusivity, starmania and power to their drivers. The Honda CR-V with 14% of vote is ranked 4th for quite mature men (31-40 years old) because the car type is practical as 4×4, it’s spacious and suitable for families. 8% opted for the Toyota Corolla for realistic reasons mainly: accessible vehicle, easy to maintain, parts available and very popular in Cameroon.
Only 6% of men said “no”. Considering more love or human value, no brand vehicle has been convincing to separate them from their girlfriend or wife.
