Female African creatives are invited to apply for the Audio Girl Africa Creative Accelerator program.
The Audio Girl Africa Creative Accelerator is a 1-month program designed to identify, support and fund the next generation of Africa’s promising female creatives. Participants at the program get to walk away with mentorship, internship, sponsorship and career funding grants from Audio Girl Africa.
This year, the program is done in Partnership with FemmeAfrica, and is open to female creatives based anywhere in Africa.

The Process
- Step 1
Submit and complete the application process. Get selected to participate in this year’s creative accelerator program.
- Step 2
Attend a two-weeks in-person bootcamp where you receive hands-on training from the Audio Girl instructors and some of Nigeria’s prominent creative experts. Also get to connect with other participants.
- Step 3
Get access to master classes on crucial creative and business skills from top creative experts for the next 1 month.
- Step 4
Spend the next two weeks implementing what you have learned from the masterclasses and from instructors and attend mentorship and online forums on audio mogul hub with others in your team and receive guidance.
- Step 5
Showcase/demo day! (physical and virtual) present your projects to the entire Audio Girl Community, a panel of investors and stakeholders.
- Step 6
Top 10 creatives get to work away with mentorship, internship, sponsorship and cash funding for their career while everyone will leave with intensive support and a strong network.
Eligibility
- Applicants must be based in Africa (Nigeria, Kenya, SouthAfrica, Ghana)
- Must be female with interest in audio and media technology.
- Age 13-25 Must be a prospective to early budder (0 – less than 2 years in practice)
Applications will be open until July 15, 2019 at 11:59 pm WAT. Any late applications will not be considered regardless of the circumstances.
