Facebook’s moments app now supports video sharing

Facebook’s moments app,  a private photo-sharing application now allows users to share videos alongside photos with video slideshows coming soon. The new feature is live in the updated version of the Moments mobile application for Android devices and iOS. It is interesting to note that over 400 million photos have been shared in Moments since its take ofF in June 2015. The Moments app integrates with Facebook’s notifications and Facebook Messenger, where it alerts users to new photos shared by friends. Moments automatically identifies who’s in your photos and when and where they were taken, in order to make smart suggestions about who you should send a group of photos to. Then, as more members of your party sign on to Moments, they can add to that shared collection of photos from the event in question.

With a ranking of no.12 in the highly competitive “Photo and Video” category on the Apple App Store (and no.81 Overall) and No.2 in Photography on Google Play, Moments is definitely an interesting app to use.

You can download the app here on Android or iOS.
