Facebook Introduces a Chatbot To Assist Facebook Page Admins

By Fisayomi Ifayase on July 7, 2017 Facebook, Social Media

This evening we discovered Facebook introduced a Chatbot on our Facebook  page.

The Chatbot  is capable of providing assistance on how a Facebook page can be well utilized and managed. The Page Assistant can help update your page’s appearance and many other things we are still discovering.

As a page admin, you have the liberty to choose when the Page assistant pops up. All you have to do is go to the Page Assistant section in your Page settings and customize it however way you want.

Adweek reported in May 2017 that one of their readers noticed a messenger bot on his Facebook page.

We are not sure if it applies to every Facebook page right now or it is being rolled out slowly.

Have you noticed a Chatbot on your Facebook Page? Do share.
