    Electrify Africa launches electric transportation solutions in Uganda

    Electrify Africa, an energy and renewables company, has launched a new initiative to provide electric transportation solutions in Uganda. The program is spearheaded by Simba Innovative Limited, the parent company of Electrify Africa, with the aim of contributing to the future of sustainable transportation through fostering innovation.

    The company announced that the introduction of electric mobility solutions marks a significant step towards transforming Uganda’s electric mobility landscape.

    The company stated in a social media post;

    From empowering individuals to own EV chargers to creating a seamless ecosystem for electric vehicles, Electrify Africa is here to shape the future of mobility in Uganda and beyond.

    The unveiling event in Kampala was attended by a delegation from Uganda’s Science, Technology, and Innovation Secretariat, as well as members of the Uganda Electric Mobility Association.
