Egypt’s Tactful AI, a leading innovator in AI-driven customer experience transformation across the region, has announced a strategic partnership with Valu, the region’s foremost universal financial technology powerhouse. This collaboration aims to deliver faster, smarter, and highly personalized customer interactions throughout Valu’s expansive digital ecosystem.

Founded by Mohamed Elmasry, Mohammad Hassan, and Sherif Khairallah, Tactful AI offers a unified customer experience platform designed to empower businesses with a single, intuitive dashboard. Through this platform, companies can seamlessly manage, engage, and enhance customer journeys across multiple touchpoints, while gaining actionable insights to optimize engagement strategies.

Originally acquired in 2022 by Dstny, a prominent European provider of interactive communication solutions that foster closer connections between employees and customers, Tactful AI was successfully reacquired by its founding team earlier this year—marking a renewed commitment to innovation and regional growth.

Under this partnership, Valu will harness Tactful AI’s advanced capabilities to centralize and automate customer engagement across diverse channels, including WhatsApp, its official website, mobile application, and social media platforms. By leveraging Tactful’s AI-powered tools, Valu will gain deeper visibility into customer interactions, enabling faster response times, reduced operational friction, and a more streamlined customer journey—all while preserving a strong human touch.

Commenting on the collaboration, Mohamed Elmasry, Co-founder and CEO of Tactful AI, stated:

We are proud to join forces with a homegrown fintech leader like Valu as it continues to advance its vision of inclusive and accessible financial services across the region. This partnership is more than a technological integration—it reflects a shared commitment to elevating customer experience standards within the financial sector. With Tactful AI, Valu can accelerate service delivery, engage more intelligently, and gain profound insights into customer needs at every interaction.
