El Kheta, an Egyptian online educational platform, has successfully secured a significant investment of US$400,000. This financial boost was provided by EdVentures, the corporate venture capital division of the esteemed Nahdet Misr Group. Notably, EdVentures stands out as the pioneering venture capital firm in the Middle East with a dedicated focus on the educational technology (ed-tech) sector.

As a cutting-edge educational platform, El Kheta is committed to enhancing the learning experience for school students across Egypt. The platform is designed to offer supplementary lessons that align with the new Egyptian educational curricula. By providing a wealth of exercises and examination materials, El Kheta aims to bolster students’ academic prowess and steer them towards scholastic success.

What sets El Kheta apart is its personalized approach to education. Students have the liberty to select curricula that resonate with their academic goals and craft a study schedule that accommodates their individual learning preferences. This tailored and adaptable educational journey is a cornerstone of El Kheta’s mission.

The recent injection of US$400,000 in funding from EdVentures is a strategic move to empower El Kheta to expand its reach and impact. This capital will be instrumental in scaling the platform’s operations and enhancing its offerings.

Dalia Ibrahim, the founder and chairwoman of Nahdet Misr for Entrepreneurship EdVentures, expressed a strong conviction in El Kheta’s potential to transform the online education landscape in Egypt.

She highlighted the platform’s focus on school-level education and reaffirmed EdVentures’ commitment to nurturing talented ed-tech entrepreneurs. Ibrahim’s vision is to facilitate the creation of a more accessible and effective educational experience for all, and this investment in El Kheta is a significant step towards realizing that vision.
