Rocket internet’s e-hailing service, Easy Taxi has made its services available to commuters in Nakuru county, Kenya.
Last year, the Uber competitor signed over 600 taxis which only provided services to customers in Nairobi but with this expansion to Nakuru, it will make Easy Taxi the only e-hailing service providers outside Nairobi.
Easy Taxi global app is available for iOS, Android, Windows Phone and BlackBerry devices. After downloading, passengers will be offered Ksh 400 ($4) off their first pickup point by using the the promo code, FIRST.
