Here is the review of the Tecno Phantom 6 as agreed when we did the unboxing.
The Phantom 6 has been crafted with obsession and an unparalleled control. It is the slimmest dual back camera phone, spotting 3GB of RAM, 32GB ROM; expandable to 128GB, an Octa-core processor, FHD Super AMOLED screen, and its comfortability cannot be over emphasised.

Beautifully Crafted Metal Unibody
Every element of the Phantom 6 has been redesigned, refined and perfected. Imagine the sunrise defining the curves of a modern sculpture, with the metal and the glass constantly creating a reflection of colour and contrast; that exactly, is the inspiration behind the birth of the Phantom 6.
It is 6.15mm and can fit just perfectly into your wallet or your pocket, making its hold in hand equal to celebrating the beauty of marble yet enjoying the comfort of silk.

World’s Slimmest Dual Back Camera Phone
This is the first time TECNO has introduced a dual camera on her phone, and the result is bright, sharp and steady photos that gets you on the edge. It is a lowlight champion at taking great photos without waiting for the perfect lighting.
In the front is an 8MP camera which has been designed to take more brilliant selfies, especially with the dual flash attached to it. It focuses at 0.15 seconds, taking photos in a blink.
At the rear end, 13MP has been placed on the top camera while it spots 5MP below. The lower camera is there solely for refocusing while the upper camera is there for taking normal photos.
How The Re-focus Works
Once you get to the viewfinder, you will notice the four main modes the camera has; the video mode, the regular photo mode, the square photo mode which allows you take square sized pictures, and the refocus mode.
By taking a photograph using the refocus mode, be sure to select more on your subject of interest, and make sure the lower camera lens is not covered. When the picture is taken, find your way to the picture on the gallery, then click on the refocus icon, this takes you to the process of blurring any unnecessary image in the photograph.
This means that you need not worry about the creature photobombing your photograph, because you can perfect it afterwards.
The refocus mode also helps you to change backgrounds and create Depth of Field with its aperture F/2.0. The Phantom 6 is definitely a mini DSLR camera.
Performance
With the FHD Super AMOLED screen, and its 3GB RAM, the screen is 50% more responsive. Even the smallest and fastest movements of your fingers are tracked perfectly and smoothly. The applications launch twice as fast.
32GB of on-board storage is available with the Phantom 6, and for those that need more, the storage is further expandable to 128GB.
Audio
The speaker has been redefined for sleeker look and better sound quality. The new high performance headset amplifier has been tuned carefully to deliver a true symphony of sound.
The 3.5mm earphones which is the final step between your Phantom 6 and your ears features an 8µ thin aerospace-grade polymer diaphragm and oversized drivers to pump out richer sounds across twice the frequency range.

The Phantom 6 comes with the latest rapid charge technology that raises charging speed by at least 30%. It gives you 65 minutes of music playback, 124 minutes of talk time, and 30 minutes of 4G connection with only 10 minutes charge.

Software
On the software side of things, the Phantom6 is running on HiOS based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The user interface is fast and fluid and there are new elements like the quick wallpaper change, quick whether report and a host of others.
All of the motion launch gestures that make accessing certain functions of the phone a lot faster are still available, including double tapping to wake, toggle between music from sleep state, launching major applications on the phone in sleep mode, etc.
