The West Africa edition of the DEMO Africa Innovation tour is holding this week in Nigeria’s commercial capital city of Lagos, specifically iDEA Hub on 26th May 2016 from 2.00pm.
Information gathered by Innovation Village revealed the aim of the tour is to bring together startups and technology industry players to look at ways through which innovations can be turned into business ventures.
“Entrepreneurs from West Africa will get a chance to pitch to a panel of highly placed individuals in the tech sector,” iDEA Hub said in a statement announcing the event.
It is expected that at the event, at least a startup would be selected to attend DEMO Africa 2016 holding later this year in Johannesburg, South Africa.
