Deloitte has expanded its innovative Silicon to Service (S2S) AI offering—powered by Dell Technologies and NVIDIA—to the Middle East, marking a major milestone in its global mission to accelerate artificial intelligence adoption and strengthen AI sovereignty.

The expansion follows the recent global launch of the S2S platform, which is designed to help governments and enterprises deploy scalable AI solutions across diverse industries while ensuring data security and compliance within regional jurisdictions.

    Driving AI Adoption and Sovereignty

The S2S service integrates Dell’s PowerEdge XE9680 servers, PowerScale storage, and NVIDIA’s Blackwell accelerated computing platform—providing organizations with high-performance infrastructure for building, training, and deploying advanced AI models.

This end-to-end framework allows clients to scale AI capabilities across hybrid environments, including on-premises and private cloud infrastructure. With its rollout in the Middle East, Deloitte aims to help businesses and governments leverage AI to drive innovation, enhance efficiency, and maintain data control within national borders.

    AI Solutions for Mission-Critical Sectors

The S2S platform enables a broad range of AI use cases, from real-time data analytics and cybersecurity monitoring to autonomous systems and generative AI agents that augment human productivity.

Key sectors expected to benefit include government, financial services, healthcare, and energy, where the demand for AI-driven decision-making and automation continues to grow.

According to Deloitte, the platform’s flexibility ensures that organizations can integrate AI seamlessly into existing systems without compromising performance, compliance, or security.

    Empowering Regional Innovation

“Artificial intelligence presents regional and global organizations with unprecedented opportunities to innovate and scale,” said Yousef Barkawie, Partner in Engineering, AI & Data, Deloitte Middle East.

“With the rollout of our Silicon to Service offering in the Middle East, Deloitte continues to lead AI business adoption in the region—supporting public and private organizations throughout their entire AI journey to unlock their full potential.”

Building the Foundation for AI Sovereignty

The introduction of the S2S AI platform underscores Deloitte’s long-term vision for empowering digital economies through secure and scalable AI infrastructure. By combining world-class technology with local expertise, the firm aims to accelerate the region’s transition toward AI-enabled governance, enterprise transformation, and innovation-led growth.
