DealDey and WhoGoHost operations hit by fuel scarcity

Nigerian hosting company WhoGoHost has announced its operations have been affected by the fuel scarcity situation in the country.

Toba Obaniyi, CEO, WhoGoHost Limited, in an email sent to the company’s customes said the current fuel scarcity in most parts of Nigeria is affecting the response time of the company’s support team.

“While all our services, site and servers are not affected by this scarcity, our support team would not be able to attend to support requests as promptly as usual. We would also not be available on other channels of communication such as chat or phone during this period,” he said.

“We are working hard to work around this limitation and we would work on tickets as quickly as we can. We do apologise for any inconvenience the delay of our responses may cause and appreciate your patience during this period. We would be back to our full support strength as soon as possible.”

In related development, DealDey also announced on Monday that due to the nationwide fuel crisis, the company’s customer service units and pick up centres will be closing by 2.00pm
