The CES 2016 will kick off on the 6th of January 2016 and it promises to be worth the attention. The International Consumer Electronics Show (International CES) is the world’s gathering place for all who thrive on the business of consumer technologies.
This global event showcases more than 3,600 exhibiting companies, including manufacturers, developers and suppliers of consumer technology hardware, content, technology delivery systems and more; a conference program with more than 200 conference sessions and more than 150K attendees from 150 countries.
Held in Las Vegas every year, it has served as the proving ground for innovators and breakthrough technologies for more than 40 years—the global stage where next-generation innovations are introduced to the marketplace. According to CEA, the company behind the event, CES 2016 is the largest to date with 2.5 million square feet of exhibit space.
This is usually the first major technology show in the year and most technology companies showcase some of their finest innovations and also make announcements about technology products to expect this year.
We should be expecting new drones, phones, wearables, virtual reality devices, cars and many more.
