Some of the young people in this generation may have never seen a cassette or a cassette player. However they will be familiar with the bluetooth feature.
So a company called NINM Lab has decided to bring back nostalgic feelings by combing the old technology with new technology – a cassette player with bluetooth features. This means the cassette player is wireless.
NINM is launching a device, called “IT’S OK Bluetooth 5.0 cassette player”. It is the world’s first cassette player with Bluetooth 5.0 capability that not only supports traditional 3.5mm headphones but is also compatible with Bluetooth 5.0 headphones or speakers.
Interestingly it is being launched in the month of July which marks the 40th anniversary of Sony’s first Walkman, the portable music player that would forever change the way we consume music.
IT’S OK portable cassette player has three classic colors to choose from: “Sakura” pink, “Cloud” white, and “Evening” navy blue.

NINM Lab is raising funds for IT’S OK Bluetooth 5.0 Portable Cassette Player on Kickstarter. Pre-orders on Kickstarter start from US$63 with up to 30% off. Fundraising officially opens on July 4, 2pm GMT and concludes on Aug 5. Here is the link – ninmlab.com/kickstarter
My only concern is whether people can still find music on cassettes.
