The BuyChat Assistant concept is to offer exceptional customer service to merchants on the BuyChat app. Within 24 hours of merchants coming live on BuyChat, BuyChat Assistants will provide support for a good experience on the platform.
They will also help BuyChat users discover great deals in fashion, electronic ,home and decor and grocery shopping while on BuyChat.
To facilitate this service, BuyChat will be partnering with Nigeria’s biggest intern-search platform, Stutern.
