Nigeria’s software development community has been hailed as clearly demonstrating impressive growth and innovation with reportedly over 250 Nigerian developed applications already available on the BlackBerry 10 platform, now BlackBerry and the Lagos State Innovation Advisory Council have endorsed a Letter of Intent charting plans to build a BlackBerry Apps Lab in the state.
