BEWARE, This Text Message Can Crash Your iPhone.

It seems anyone can crash your iPhone by just sending you a text… It’s an iOS bug.
When they send a message with the characters ‘effective. Power ﻟُﻠُﺼّﺒُﻠُﻠﺼّﺒُﺮﺭً ॣ ॣh ॣ ॣ 冗’, there’s a chance that your phone will reboot.

The problem seems to be getting aggravated as users are sending the message to their friends as a prank. It doesn’t work on all iPhones though, like the iPhone 4. We tried it but if actually affected the sender – guess some phones are immune to this bug.
We currently have no idea what the long-term damage might be, but there is a fix.
Head into settings > notifications > Messages and turn off ‘show on lock screen’ and select none on ‘alert style when unlocked’ or you could try sending a picture to whoever sent you those texts through the photo app ‘that has been said to work for some users’.

Apple is currently trying to fix the bug.
