Asus has released two new inexpensive laptops for students and children in India, after the update of its ROG Strix and TUF laptops with Intel and AMD’s latest components. In India, the new Asus BR1100 series includes two laptops, one of which is a 2-in-1 device. These may be upgraded to Windows 11, and they have a long battery life and a variety of privacy features. Take a look at the information provided below.

Specifications and Features of the Asus BR1100 Laptops

The Asus BR1100 series includes the BR1100CKA and BR1100FKA laptops, both of which have an 11.6-inch HD LED display that has been certified by TUV Rheinland Eye Care. The BR1100CKA has a classic laptop-like form factor, whilst the BR1100FKA is a 2-in-1 device with a touch-enabled screen and stylus capability.

The laptops are now MIL-STD-810 certified for drop safety, as they are designed for youngsters. On both models, there is also a 3DNR webcam with a built-in privacy shutter. The 2-in-1 BR1100FKA, on the other hand, sports a 13MP camera on the rear.

The BR1100 laptops are powered by a 10nm Intel Celeron N4500 processor with a 2.8GHz clock speed. They also have Intel UHD graphics, which provide adequate graphical performance. They have 4GB of DDR4 RAM and a 128GB PCIe 3.0 SSD (upgradable to 2TB), which is impressive given that most laptops in this market have HDD or eMMC storage. A 42Whr battery is also included, which provides up to 10 hours of power life on a single charge.

The Asus BR1100 models have a variety of ports and physical buttons when it comes to I/O ports. A USB-C port with charging capabilities, two USB-A ports, an HDMI 1.4 port, an AC port, and a 3.5mm audio jack are all included. A physical power button and volume rockers are also included on the laptops. Aside from that, the gadgets enable wireless connection technologies such as Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth version 4.2.

Thanks to a repair-friendly design, the BR1100 laptops can also be opened up very easily. They have Windows 10 Home installed. Both devices, however, can be upgraded to the most recent Windows 11 platform. To learn more about the new Asus BR1100 laptops, watch our latest video below.

The new Asus laptops also include Copper Vapour Chamber cooling, AI noise-canceling technology with dual-array microphones for interruption-free video conversations, ASUS Antibacterial Guard, and more.

    Availability and Price

In India, the Asus BR1100 laptops are reasonably priced. The standard BR1100CKA model costs $326.83, whereas the 2-in-1 BR1100FKA costs $392.20. They may be purchased right now on Flipkart.
