Are you African? Do you fall between the ages of 17 and 35? Are you running a business centered around clean sustainable energy?
If you fall into this category, you are invited to apply to the global Greenpreneurs challenge, which tasks participants to develop sustainable businesses into clean energy solutions.
The challenge is open to applicants from Uganda, Senegal, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Morocco and Burkina Faso, who are all CGGI member countries.
In this program, which is in its second year running, Student Energy, the Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI) and Youth Climate Lab (YCL) will run a virtual accelerator for the 15 selected teams, to guide them to develop their green idea into sustainable business plans.
Applicants’ solutions should positively impact the future of sustainable energy, water and sanitation, sustainable landscapes, or green city development.
