Airtel Kenya has unveiled a first-of-its-kind experiential digital connectivity hub at Sarit Centre, marking a significant milestone in the company’s efforts to elevate customer experience and drive digital engagement. The launch, timed to coincide with the company’s Customer Service Week, introduces a fully interactive, technology-driven space designed to immerse customers in the future of digital connectivity.

    Redefining Customer Experience

The inauguration ceremony was led by Ashish Malhotra, Managing Director of Airtel Kenya, and Goldermeir Opiyo, Customer Experience Director, alongside company directors and loyal customers. The event highlighted Airtel’s commitment to strengthening customer relationships and setting new benchmarks for service delivery within Kenya’s telecommunications sector.

The new Sarit Centre hub is more than just a customer care facility—it is an experiential space where visitors can interact with the latest digital technologies, explore Airtel’s services, and gain hands-on exposure to solutions that illustrate the future of connectivity. By combining immersive experiences with personalized service, Airtel is positioning the hub as a model for innovation and customer-centric operations.

    Nationwide Transformation Strategy

Airtel Kenya has announced plans to extend this experiential model across its nationwide network of customer care shops. The broader transformation strategy emphasizes modernized, consistent, and accessible service centers that reflect Airtel’s vision for seamless, value-driven customer interactions.

“This hub represents our dedication to putting customers at the center of everything we do. It is a tangible demonstration of our investment in technology, infrastructure, and human capital to enhance customer experience,” said Ashish Malhotra.

By integrating interactive technology into its service delivery, Airtel aims to foster deeper engagement, simplify access to services, and deliver a more personalized experience for all users—aligning with the fast-evolving digital landscape in Kenya.

    Driving Kenya’s Digital Future

The launch of the Sarit Centre hub reinforces Airtel’s broader commitment to innovation and digital inclusion. Through initiatives like this, the company seeks to empower customers to navigate the digital ecosystem confidently, while setting the standard for experiential service in the region.

Airtel Kenya’s investment in such immersive facilities signals a shift in telecom customer care, from transactional interactions to engaging, technology-led experiences that anticipate the needs of a digitally savvy clientele.
