Moreover, Airtel users will gain online access to these services, enhancing their overall experience.

The implementation of this solution is set to enhance the convenience for Airtel Africa’s customers by providing them with a broad spectrum of both conventional mobile services and emerging digital payment options.

Ian Ferrao, the Group CEO of Airtel Money, expressed that this partnership is expected to significantly improve customer experience and contribute to the advancement of digital financial inclusion throughout the African continent.

Ferrao emphasized that Network International’s established reputation and its profound insights into the African market will empower Airtel to innovate and expand its services with greater efficacy.
