Even with the Launch of OneDrive, will I switch from Google Drive?

Today, Microsoft announced the global release of its cloud Storage service, OneDrive. Having gone through the features of OneDrive, I wonder if I will switch my current Google Drive.

I have used some of the popular cloud storage services such as DropBox, Box, Google Drive and even iCloud. In fact I moved from DropBox to GoogleDrive about a year ago. I tried Box about six months ago and let’s just say it is not very user friendly. I have access to the Apple iCloud but I have never bothered to use it. (If you ask me why, I guess I don’t want to wake up one day to find out I cannot access my files on my android phone or non-Apple product)

By the way, what do I really want in a cloud storage service? Very simple – Large FREE storage space and availability on different OSes – Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS.

Now when I compare my current 15GB of free space on GoogleDrive to OneDrive (7GB), DropBox (2GB), Box (10GB) and iCloud (5GB), GoogleDrive is a winner.

For a detailed comparison, check out Sarah Mintroff’s review on CNet. You should be able to make your decision after reading the article.
