Earlier this year, Twitter introduced its ‘night mode’ feature on Android leaving iOS users requesting for this feature. Good news, the feature is now available on IOS.
If you don’t know what ‘dark mode’ is, it’s a feature that’s supposed to help you sleep better at night by reducing the background colour of the app to a darker grey, and texts to white for those late night Tweets.
To activate it, tap the Me icon, tap the gear icon at the top, then select ‘turn on dark mode. It’s the same process to switch back to the previous mode and just incase you’re wondering if it turns on the feature automatically when the phone’s ambient light sensor detects low light, no, you have to manually switch modes.
