Moroccan recruitment platform Kwiks has announced a successful fundraising of MAD 8 million ($827,000) from Azur Innovation Management (AIM). This marks a significant milestone for the company, which connects businesses with top freelance headhunters and aims to reshape the recruitment landscape.
The newly raised capital will support Kwiks in advancing its AI-driven recruitment solutions. The company plans to streamline the hiring process, allowing companies to find and hire talent more quickly and efficiently compared to traditional methods.
“With Kwiks, companies can now hire the right talent with just a few clicks,” the company stated, highlighting the ease and speed of its platform. The funding will also fuel the launch of an upgraded version of the platform, incorporating cutting-edge features like automated candidate reporting systems (R2DS), further simplifying the recruitment process.
Kwiks CEO Amine Khayatei Houssaini expressed his enthusiasm for the funding and thanked Azur Innovation for their support. He emphasized that both companies share a vision of a more agile, efficient, and ethical recruitment process powered by AI.
“This investment will enable us to continue innovating and offering state-of-the-art solutions to our clients, reinforcing our presence both locally and internationally,” said Houssaini.
With this new investment, Kwiks is poised to strengthen its position in the recruitment industry, delivering advanced tools and services to revolutionize how companies connect with top talent.
