Lampe Omoyele has been appointed the Managing Director/CEO of 141 Worldwide Limited, a marketing communication outfit based in Lagos owned by the Prima Garnet Africa group. He replaces Mrs Olubunmi Oke who recently announced her decision to resign from the position she occupied for over 10 years.
Before taking up the job, he was the Managing Director of The Lucent Consulting Company.
Mr Omoyele is a business leader, marketing expert, coach and public speaker with over 25 years’ experience gained in leading multinational companies. His previous leadership positions include Marketing director roles at Cadbury, Airtel, PZCussons and Glaxo SmithKline, and Managing Director, Nielsen West Africa.
Mr Omoyele is a fellow of National Institute of Marketing in Nigeria (NIMN); Member, Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APCON); 2nd Vice-President, Advertisers Association of Nigeria (ADVAN), 2011-2015.
He is also a 2008 recipient of the Marketing Society of Kenya’s Warrior Award for significant contribution to the development of marketing in Kenya and 2011 recipient of the NIMN’s Achievers award. He was conferred with Chartered Marketer (UK) status in 2009.
An alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School, he is also adjunct faculty member of the Orange Academy and Pan-Atlantic University, Lagos, Nigeria. He is Council member of the Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG), leading global expert network that provides independent consulting services to business professionals worldwide.
